REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

A.    Prior to award, prospective awardees must complete representations and certifications in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) available at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The representations and certifications must be updated as necessary, but at least annually, to ensure they are kept current, accurate and complete.  DISCLAIMER NOTICE

B.  Additional Representations and Certifications may be required in addition to the completed representations and certifications completed on the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).  

C.  Grant Certifications:  These certifications are available from our Broad Agency Announcement page.
